1.1 Phase C5: MH1/MH3 deleted, first critical copper hand-routed

- MH1 and MH3 mounting holes removed per review (4-corner mounting via
  MH2/MH4/MH5/MH6 remains); Leo's placement pass B7 baselined first
- 54 new F.Cu segments (20 verified hops): buck SW node U12-C100-L8-D11 at
  0.8mm, SYS5V+FB+COMP chains, XI crystal loop (U11-Y1-C95), SER_XTAL1
  (U10-Y2-C82), TXP tap R92-J10 legs, RX terminations R94/R95->C97, TCT
  island J10.4-C98-R92.2/R93.2
- Leo's 46 hand-routed 24V/IGN segments byte-preserved; 0 cross-net
  clearance violations (0.2mm), parens balanced
- Remaining 16 congested hops (QFN fan-out, XO, RCT tail, 3V3_ETH trunks)
  deliberately left for Freerouting push-and-shove
